LVH FAMILY LAB
Privacy Notice
Version: [FINAL VERSION] · Effective date: [DATE]
1. Who is responsible for your personal information?
LVH Family Lab is a program of LVH Human Formation offered through HH Human.
Paulo César Morocho Escandón
Individual operator domiciled in Ecuador
Legal address: [LEGAL ADDRESS]
Telephone: [PHONE]
Email: contact@hh-human.com
Website: https://hh-human.com/
2. Who is Family Lab for?
Family Lab is contractually directed to adults: parents, legal guardians, and authorized caregivers. The child does not need to create an account, make a payment, complete LVH forms directly, or be evaluated through scores, rankings, moral profiles, psychological profiles, or child trustworthiness indexes.
3. What information may we collect?
For the founding cohort, we may process limited information about the adult participant, such as name and email address; country and local area needed to verify eligibility; adult role in the family; registration and contract-acceptance records; limited transaction identifiers received from PayPal; attendance and completion information; minimal product-feedback and G3 validation metrics; support requests; and privacy-rights or incident information when needed.
We do not ask by default for the child’s full name, exact date of birth, school information, photographs, video or audio, medical records, diagnoses, biometric information, moral profiles, Virtue scores, or trustworthiness scores.
4. HF-04 Family Practices Assessment
HF-04 is a self-observation and guidance tool focused on reported family practices and the family environment. It is not a psychometric test of the child.
During the founding pilot, the raw answers to the 32 HF-04 items are designed not to be stored in LVH’s central systems. The intended implementation processes answers locally in the participant’s browser or allows the adult to use a private document.
5. Workbook
The Family Lab Workbook is private by default. Participants are not required to upload, return, or synchronize the completed Workbook with LVH.
6. Why do we use personal information?
- manage applications and registration;
- enter into and perform the Family Lab participation agreement;
- process payment and confirm enrollment;
- send operational communications;
- organize live sessions and program access;
- provide support;
- measure product demand, use, completion, utility, recommendation/continuation, and delivery economics;
- comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, consumer-protection, and data-protection obligations;
- protect the security and integrity of the service.
7. Legal bases
Depending on the purpose, processing may be based on steps requested before entering into a contract, performance of the Family Lab agreement, compliance with legal obligations, or another lawful basis available under applicable Ecuadorian law.
Where a purpose genuinely requires consent—such as a future testimonial or optional marketing communication—consent should be requested separately and should not be inferred merely from participation in Family Lab.
8. Marketing and testimonials
Registration in Family Lab does not automatically subscribe you to a general marketing newsletter. Feedback provided to improve Family Lab is not automatically a testimonial. We will not publish your name, photograph, family story, or feedback as promotional material merely because you provided feedback during the program.
9. Service providers
Depending on the final configuration, providers may include HostGator/Newfold for hosting; WordPress as the content-management system; Gravity Forms for limited adult registration/contact forms; PayPal for payment processing; Microsoft 365/OneDrive/Teams for operational files and live adult sessions if the final business configuration is approved; and [EMAIL PROVIDER] for operational email.
Some providers may process information outside Ecuador. Their role, contractual status, and technical configuration should be documented before the cohort opens.
10. Payment information
Payments are processed through PayPal. Family Lab does not intend to store your full payment-card number or CVV in WordPress or Gravity Forms. PayPal may process information for payment, fraud prevention, security, and its own legal obligations under its applicable terms and privacy notices.
11. Sessions, recordings, and AI
The founding-pilot architecture keeps meeting recording, transcription, and AI meeting summaries turned off by default. Family Lab does not authorize sending raw HF-04 responses, completed Workbooks, identifiable support information, or child data to external AI systems for scoring, moral profiling, or personality inference.
12. Cookies and analytics
The founding pilot is not intended to use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or other behavioral advertising trackers on Family Lab pages. The website may still use strictly necessary technical cookies, security mechanisms, or server logs needed to operate and protect the site.
A final plugin and technology audit should be completed before publication to verify this statement.
13. Retention
- Operational registration data: retained only for the period reasonably needed for the cohort and related obligations.
- Identifiable G3 pilot metrics: retained temporarily for analysis, then deleted or robustly anonymized.
- Raw HF-04 responses: intended central retention of zero days during the founding pilot.
- Completed Workbook: intended central retention of zero days because it is not collected in full.
- Tax and accounting records: retained for the period required by applicable law.
Backup copies may persist temporarily according to the normal rotation cycle of the technical provider. Deletion from active systems does not necessarily mean instantaneous deletion from every backup copy.
14. Information about children received accidentally
If a participant sends identifiable or sensitive information about a child that Family Lab did not request and does not need, we will seek to minimize and delete that information rather than turning it into a child profile or dossier.
15. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to access, rectification and updating, deletion, opposition, suspension, portability, withdrawal of consent where consent is the legal basis, and safeguards relating to automated decisions.
To submit a request, contact contact@hh-human.com. Suggested subject line: Personal Data — Family Lab.
16. Complaints
You may contact us first at contact@hh-human.com. You may also exercise any right to complain to the competent data-protection authority in Ecuador, including the Superintendencia de Protección de Datos Personales (SPDP), where applicable.
17. Automated decisions
Family Lab does not use automated decisions to determine whether a child, parent, or family is morally fit, trustworthy, psychologically suitable, or deserving of opportunities.
18. Security
We use proportionate organizational and technical measures such as data minimization, access controls, multi-factor authentication where available, separation of functions, and limits on unnecessary integrations. No digital system can honestly be described as completely invulnerable.
19. Changes to this Notice
This Notice may be updated if the Family Lab technology stack, providers, purposes, or legal requirements change. Material changes affecting an active cohort should be communicated appropriately and should not be used to introduce incompatible purposes retrospectively.
