LVH Family Lab Registration
A six-week guided experience for parents and caregivers that brings the ideas of The Last Human Advantage into family life through brief practices of decision-making, contrast, authorship, responsibility, limits, and review.

Family Lab does not need your child’s full name, school, exact date of birth, photographs, medical information, diagnosis, or other unnecessary personal information.

Registration form
The form should request only the adult participant’s first and last name, email address, country, city/canton/province, and adult role in the family.

Required acknowledgments
The registration form should contain separate, unchecked confirmations for:
- I have read and agree to the current LVH Family Lab Terms of Participation.
- I confirm that I have received and been able to review the LVH Family Lab Privacy Notice.
- I consent to the use of electronic means for this transaction and to receiving the communications necessary to provide the program.
- I confirm that I am a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver for the family practices involved and that I will not provide identifiable information about a child unless I have sufficient authorization to do so.

After registration, you will continue to a secure PayPal checkout. Family Lab does not ask you to enter your full card number or CVV on this website.

Refunds
The planned founding-cohort policy is a full refund before the program begins and up to 72 hours after the first live adult session, without limiting any rights that apply under law. The final policy is the one stated in the Terms of Participation in effect when you enroll.
