LVH FAMILY LAB

Terms of Participation

Version: [FINAL VERSION] · Effective date: [DATE]

1. Provider

LVH Family Lab is a program of LVH Human Formation offered through HH Human.

Provider: Paulo César Morocho Escandón, individual operator domiciled in Ecuador.
Legal address: [LEGAL ADDRESS]
Telephone: [PHONE]
Email: contact@hh-human.com
Website: https://hh-human.com/
Tax information: [RUC / TAX INFORMATION]

2. Nature of the program

LVH Family Lab is a six-week formation experience for adults that turns ideas from the LVH framework into brief family practices involving decision-making, contrast, authorship, responsibility, limits, and review.

  • one live adult session each week of approximately 55 minutes;
  • one main Family Lab practice each week of approximately 15 minutes;
  • a brief adult review;
  • a minimal Workbook;
  • progressive reduction of guidance;
  • a follow-up approximately 30 days after the program.

These durations are operational targets, not guarantees that every activity will last an exact number of minutes.

3. Adult participant

The participation agreement is entered into with an adult parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver. The child is not the contractual purchaser, does not need an LVH account, and is not required to complete LVH registration forms or create an account with an external AI provider.

4. Founding-cohort territory

The founding cohort will initially be offered only within the local Ecuadorian area stated on the registration page: [PILOT LOCATION]. The fact that hh-human.com can be viewed from other countries does not mean the founding cohort is being offered for purchase in every jurisdiction.

5. Price

The founding-pilot price is US$97 per household. The charge is per household, not per child. The Workbook is included. HF-04 is initially free. This pilot price does not create a commitment to maintain the same price in future cohorts.

6. What the participant receives

Payment gives access to the Family Lab cohort described at the time of enrollment and to the materials expressly included in that cohort. It does not purchase a moral certification, psychological assessment, guarantee of educational outcomes, lifetime membership, or automatic access to future LVH products.

7. Payment

Payment is expected to be processed through PayPal or another payment method expressly identified at checkout. Family Lab does not intend to capture or store the participant’s full card number or CVV in WordPress or Gravity Forms.

8. Cancellation and refunds

  • a full refund if cancellation is requested before the first live adult session;
  • a full refund if cancellation is requested within 72 hours after the first live adult session;
  • after that period, no ordinary refund merely for voluntary non-attendance, withdrawal, or failure to use the materials, without limiting any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

If Family Lab cancels the cohort before providing it, the participant may choose a full refund or a voluntary transfer to a later cohort when available. If Family Lab makes a material schedule change that reasonably prevents participation, an appropriate alternative, transfer, or refund may be offered depending on the circumstances.

9. Missed sessions

Missing a session does not automatically create a right to an individual make-up session or refund. When operationally possible, Family Lab may provide materials or a reasonable alternative.

10. Respectful participation

Participants agree not to harass other participants, record sessions without authorization, publish private information shared by another participant, seriously or repeatedly disrupt live sessions, or use Family Lab to obtain personal information about other families.

Family Lab may limit or terminate participation in cases of serious misconduct, particularly where privacy, safety, or harassment is involved. When reasonable, a warning should be provided before termination unless urgent action is required.

11. Group privacy

Family Lab asks participants to respect a simple group rule: share the situation, not the dossier. Participants should avoid unnecessary disclosure of child names, schools, diagnoses, medical details, or other sensitive family information during group sessions.

12. Recording

Family Lab sessions are not recorded by default. Participants may not record audio, video, or screen content from a session without prior express authorization.

13. Child privacy

Participants should not send Family Lab a child’s full name, photographs, videos, medical reports, diagnosis, school documents, or similarly sensitive information unless Family Lab has specifically requested that information for a lawful and clearly explained purpose. No such routine request is planned for the founding pilot.

14. Workbook

The Workbook is intended for private family use. Participants are not required to submit the completed Workbook to Family Lab.

15. HF-04 Family Practices Assessment

HF-04 is a self-observation and guidance tool focused on family practices and the family environment. It is not a psychometric test, Virtue score, personality diagnosis, moral ranking, or child trustworthiness assessment. During the founding pilot, raw HF-04 responses are intended to remain outside LVH’s central database.

16. Artificial intelligence

AI may appear as an optional tool or counterpoint in certain Family Lab practices. AI does not act as a moral judge, therapist, or evaluator of the family. The program does not require a child to create an account with an external AI provider. Participants should not enter identifiable or sensitive child information into external AI systems as part of Family Lab.

17. Not therapy, diagnosis, or individualized professional advice

Family Lab is a formation program. It is not psychotherapy, psychological assessment, psychiatric diagnosis, medical treatment, individualized legal advice, or another regulated professional service. Participants should seek the appropriate qualified professional when a situation requires specialized care or advice.

18. No guarantee of outcomes

Family Lab does not guarantee that a child will develop the Ten Virtues in six weeks, become a “trustworthy child,” achieve future academic or professional success, be protected from future AI risks, or be evaluated favorably by future AI systems. The founding cohort is a product-validation cohort, not evidence that Family Lab is a scientifically validated method.

19. Intellectual property

Family Lab materials, methods, text, structure, marks, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Participants receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive right to use the materials inside their household for the purposes of the program.

Participants may print materials intended for family use, but may not sell, sublicense, republish in full, distribute commercially, use them to deliver a competing commercial program, or represent the methodology as their own without authorization.

20. Participant content and feedback

Participants retain the rights they hold in their own writing, stories, and materials. Feedback voluntarily provided to improve Family Lab may be used internally for product analysis. Providing feedback does not automatically authorize Family Lab to publish it as a testimonial or use the participant’s name, image, or family story in advertising.

21. Operational changes

Family Lab may make reasonable logistical adjustments needed to operate the pilot, provided they do not materially change the essential nature of the service purchased. A material change to price, duration, core content, or conditions of an already purchased cohort should not be applied retroactively without appropriate protection for the participant.

22. Service interruptions

If a live session cannot take place because of technical failure, illness, force majeure, or another relevant circumstance, Family Lab will seek to reschedule the session or provide a reasonable alternative.

23. Personal information

Personal information is also governed by the LVH Family Lab Privacy Notice. Accepting these Terms does not mean consenting to every possible future use of personal information. Where a specific purpose requires separate consent, it should be requested separately.

24. Electronic contracting

Enrollment may be completed electronically. Family Lab intends to send the participant a confirmation that allows the applicable Terms, Privacy Notice, price, cohort, and payment information to be retained for future reference.

25. Applicable law and mandatory rights

The founding cohort is offered from Ecuador and is subject to applicable Ecuadorian law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit mandatory consumer, data-protection, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

26. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be sent to contact@hh-human.com.
